Parish Life Commission

The Parish Life Commission has as its mission to live and nurture our faith through parish-wide social activities. Parish Life supports each of the committees within the commission: The committee meets every other month to discuss upcoming planning and past activities.

  • Knights of Columbus

  • Ladies of the Sacred Heart

  • Men’s Club

  • Newcomers

  • Singles

  • Spades & Table Games

  • Sociable Six

Assists in organizing the following Parish Life activities, specifically Dinners, Awards, Receptions:

  • Feast of Sacred Heart

  • Holy Thursday Feast Before the Fast Dinner

  • Thanksgiving Noon Meal

  • Christmas Noon Meal

  • Epiphany Sunday potluck dinner

  • Good Friday afternoon light lunch and mediation

  • Lenten Meals and Video Study

  • Easter Vigil Reception for adults joining the church

  • Anniversary/special dinners

  • Parish Life Mission with visiting priests

  • In Between Sunday morning chats with pastor

  • Others as needed
